JT12-100

GEL batteries a safer option than traditional lead-acid.
Gel batteries adapt better to extreme temperatures and are less likely to experience thermal runaway.
The GEL battery uses a silica type gel to suspend the electrolyte. These batteries have superior cycle life compared to AGM batteries.

Connecting batteries

NOTE: The maximum number that can be connected in series is 4. In parallel, there are no limitations.

IN SERIES

By connecting the batteries in series you are doubling the voltage and maintaining the same capacity (amp hours). Connect the positive terminal of the first battery to the negative terminal of the second one. From the two free terminals connect the positive to the power lead on your devise, and the negative to the ground connection of your application.

PARALLEL

By connecting the batteries in parallel you are doubling the capacity (amp hours) and maintaining the same voltage. Connect the positive terminal of the second battery to the positive terminal of the first battery. Do the same with the negative terminals. Connect your application to the positive and negative terminals of the first battery.

Gel batteries vs. standard lead-acid batteries

Gel batteries are a type of sealed lead-acid batteries, much like absorbed glass mat (AGM) batteries. Because they are “sealed”, gel batteries don’t need their water levels checked and monitored like standard lead-acid options, nor do they expel gas. These factors generally make gel batteries a safer option than traditional lead-acid options, as they’re more of a “set it and forget it” product.Since gel batteries have a different interior consistency, you can install them in a variety of orientations and positions. Combining this with the lower/nonexistent fumes emitted during operation makes gel batteries applicable in situations where ventilation is limited. You can often find gel batteries used for RVs and motorized wheelchairs, as a few examples. gel batteries tend to last longer in high temperatures, which is another reason why gel technology performs better in poorly ventilated spots.Gel batteries tend to outperform AGM batteries in solar functions where heat is a concern.

The maximum 1100A discharge (5 seconds) is suitable for appliances that require a high startup current, like a fridge.
With a consistent and stable discharge, the battery can power up most common home appliances, such as a microwave, CPAP, coffee maker, laptop, and more.

AGM and GEL batteries are both VRLA (Valve Regulated Lead-Acid) batteries. GEL batteries a safer option than traditional lead-acid. Gel batteries adapt better to extreme temperatures and are less likely to experience thermal runaway. The GEL battery uses a silica type gel to suspend the electrolyte. These batteries have superior cycle life compared to AGM batteries.
Long Life- Heavy duty lead-calcium grids ensure mild corrosion and enable a long designed service life of 15 years’ standby use under optimal float charge conditions and below optimal operating temperature of 25℃.The maximum number that can be connected in series is 4. In parallel, there are no limitations.
Our batteries can be used in various types of: Marine Applications; Power Blackout; Outdoor Activities; Solar & Wind Power Applications; Electric Wheelchairs; RV & Campe Applications; Trolling Motor Applications; Fish Finder Applications; and Off-Grid Applications. (Not for Motorcycle ATV Engine Starts)
ISO9001/CE/ UL listed, 1 year warranty. Amazon doesn’t deal with the return of battery-related products, so please contact the seller directly. Weize support team is on standby for YOU.
